Mount Nemo Quarry Park

The crown jewel of Burlington's park system

 

We are proposing to help the City, Halton Region, and our neighbours develop what we believe will be the crown jewel of Burlington's park system.

 

Over the course of our final 30 years of operations, we will donate the rehabilitated quarry in parcels to the public. 

 

At 944 acres, the park would be largest park in Burlington, more than 5 times the size of City View Park and twice the size of High Park.

 

The park has the potential for abundant recreational uses and could act as a water management asset for the city.
